I called anglian for help in choosing…

I called anglian for help in choosing replacement handles. I was told to go on line. I ended up buying the wrong ones. I called last week for some help and was told the ones I needed weren't on there! I was promised an email with a link to purchasing the correct ones but have not received it yet, which means I have to ring again. Not happy

I was able to see dimensions of handle on your website to see it would fit. It took over a week to arrive and no email to say it was dry being sent as was promised but very pleased otherwise.

We like to talk to a person!

Another casement handle ceased to work. We had great difficulty this time, contacting a human who could respond to the problem. I ordered the replacement from the online shop because of this.

Very poor and slow service

Sent out a parcel without proper packaging and the oil bottle arrived with the top off which leaked all over the other items. The Post Office had to put it in another plastic bag. Promised another package about 2 weeks ago with a time of 14 working days, very slow service, still waiting. No sense of urgency at all. We have had many problems when dealing with Anglian as a whole even though we have spent a lot of money.

Unacceptable over 50 minutes wait for phone to be answered

The biggest issue was waiting for the customer engagement team to answer the phone, despite a recording saying they would answer “soon”. On many occasions I waited over 30 minutes and gave up, once over 60 minutes. When I spoke to someone, they were very helpful.

Awful

I genuinely have no words for how terrible the after sales team are. Will never use Anglian for anything ever again. Getting hold of them is a nightmare, they never respond and have the most unhelpful, rude staff I have ever encountered.
