Very poor and slow service

Sent out a parcel without proper packaging and the oil bottle arrived with the top off which leaked all over the other items. The Post Office had to put it in another plastic bag. Promised another package about 2 weeks ago with a time of 14 working days, very slow service, still waiting. No sense of urgency at all. We have had many problems when dealing with Anglian as a whole even though we have spent a lot of money.
