I ordered the part, after 1 week never received item no response to let me know where it is if being processed. It was just a window handle so I'm sure you have it in stock. Rang the telephone customer service, 40 minutes still hanging on so hanged up. Rang again asked them to call me. 2 hours later they rang back. Told me that the item hadn't been processed he would do it now. Once it was processed came next day

Needed a replacement window handle. Rang Anglian Windows and was told the different options and prices so I opted for the online shop, I was emailed a link for video instructions on how to fit it. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely use again if needed.

Ok…ordered a chrome monkey tail handle - picture in the order confirmation kind of hinted I’d ordered the correct part, but… something different turned up. Email exchanges with Anglian with supporting picture evidence is meaningless and they’ve continued to ignore the customer saying I’ve ordered the wrong part - which I would dispute if I have an order confirmation showing the part I ordered as an image. I would AVOID this company at this moment. Customer service has been anything but… with an unfulfilled online exchange promising swift resolution and an endless exchange on email that is going nowhere. Would I trust this company with anything more complicated than a window handle? Not if they can’t even get this simple thing right.

Having ordered the wrong parts and received them I then had to return them and order the correct ones. No problem, the correct ones were delivered (and fitted by me immediately) and the original purchase cost refunded. The only thing it cost me was the return postage for my stupidity!
