New lock sent which works and is currently fitted but not the same style as one shown on website and currently a mismatch to others fitted by Anglian a few years ago (was new house fully double glazed with fittings) Requested the old style and was asked to send back the one already fitted as old one broken.

New Handles easy ordered and fitted
The handles were easy to order arrived quickly, came with fitting instructions which we followed with no problem. Anglian turned what we thought would be an expensive job into a much cheaper one very happy thank you.
