Ordered a handle 13 Feb after speaking/emailing chasing the handle over 14 working days delivery time quoted I expressed that I wanted it delivered next day I received the next day however this should have been delivered as quickly the first time. The only reference I got after this was 'sorry for any inconvenience' will never username again!!!!

Customer service is rubbish - sent letterbox back as did not fit on31/01/24 and I have still not received refund and no one has contacted me - I have rang up now 4 times and get told the same thing - will look into it - NOT GOOD ENOUGH
