I ordered the handles, and they were a faction out, I then had to go Web Chat, after speaking to two different people over 30mins, they told they couldn't help and I would have to go to their website, I'm still waiting for their reply. I had no choice but to phone, and of course there was a queue, which told me to use their Web Chat and email site, but I could continue to hold, even though I could find the answer through their other customer service sites. After 20 mins my call was answered, and I was told that even though the patio doors are Anglian, they didn't have old handles, and that I need to go through Ebay, or get a locksmith out who'd drill new holes fir the handles to fit. I returned their handles, with a covering letter, and have heard nothing, Where is my REFUND.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong part
I inadvertently ordered the wrong part. I emailed asking what to do and received no reply. I tried to take it back in person but was told this was not possible. I spent over £7 posting the parts back, using a "sign for" service and have heard nothing since.
