Site was difficult to navigate
Site was difficult to navigate. If you want windows and doors, it’s easy, but looking for parts was frustrating, however, once I found it, ordering was easy and delivery quick. The new latch was easy to fit, and I can now open the window again.

Sent me the wrong type of handle twice
Sent me the wrong type of handle. When I phoned I was told that it was my mistake so had to send it back at my own expense. Ordered again making 100% sure I was ordering the right handle and incredibly they sent me the wrong one again so I will be contacting customer service again on Monday

Different design made this a redundant purchase
I replaced one handle on a conservatory door from 2013. However it was very different design from the 1998 anglian door handle I also tried to replace on an inner door. So felt annoyed about the second handle. Would be better if it said what date range they were compatibel with.
