I had to wait longer than I would have…
I had to wait longer than I would have liked to receive my order. Apart from that I found the mini video very helpful re fitting replacement window locks. One last point- on removing one of the the failed locks in order to fit the new replacement I found that one of the retaining screws had its head stripped completely making it very difficult to undo and necessitating my having to buy a special tool to undo it.Clearly the damage occurred during initial installation and doesn’t reflect well on the care taken by the fitters involved.
