I contacted Anglian with regard to a…
I contacted Anglian with regard to a broken handle on window and requested a visit from engineer as unable to close the window. The online reply was that our windows were out of guarantee we knew that and were expecting and prepared to pay for the repair. However, no offer forthcoming and the only advice was to look online, purchase a handle and fit it ourselves...its impossible to speak to anyone at the company, unless of course they phone you to try and sell other products. Disgraceful service from national company, very unhelpful with total disregard for circumstances of customer. Incidentally we are pensioners, one disabled and have spent a lot of money with this company in the past. Suggest their customer service manager re assesses how that dept operates for it to be worthy of the title.
