I ordered three items & after a lengthy wait received two of them. Contacted customer service but after the initial contact, was sent an email which said that because I failed to respond within 24 hours they assumed the problem had been solved. The problem was not solved, I did not respond because I worked a 14 hour day &could not respond. I made further inquiries through email & received no response to any of those. Not only did I not get the third item but I did not receive a refund. I am no longer willing to support a company that is incapable of delivering a product that was paid for and has poor unrealistic customer service.

I have purchased a number of different bras. I did make the mistake of buying a bra without adjustable straps and customer service support was great! Replaced without having to return the original item. I donated the ones I couldn’t wear to a woman’s shelter!

Love the product and the service is incredible!!! Nothing more to say except WOW!

Excellent quality garments and good customer service!

After my purchase, I have been dumped on with emails on your product. Prices are everywhere, no two days with same price. Month later money was taken out of my bank with no explanation. I never gave you permission or agreed to this. You no longer have me as a customer.

Great fit and super comfortable!

Placed an order on 7-13-2025 and have not yet recieved my order. They sent me a message that they were temporarily out of stack and would get restocked in 2 weeks. Now is going on over a month with no order . Please check on this for me . Thanks Shapermint please advise when I will recieve my order!

I really like the Truekind bra and have ordered 5 of them so far. These bras are extremely comfy and have enough support. Shipping, payment, everything has been straightforward and satisfactory.

I like the Trukind bras, both normal and strapless. When I needed customer services they were helpful. Prices are crazy though. This review says unprompted - but Shapermint did ask me to 'take a survey' which led me here. No incentive though, unfortunately :)

I really love my crossover t-shirt bra! It is so comfortable and was reasonably priced.

Love the essentials bra and panties; high waisted and covers your bottom

Didn’t appreciate the sneaky sign up to a monthly subscription, spotted it and cancelled. Delivery was prompt but product disappointing- the white cami is see through and therefore can not be worn without a bra (as shown in the advert). The black cami is functional but not any better than others I’ve purchased cheaper from the high street.

Shapermint.com keeps taking money out of my account without my permission. Making the cost of what I could afford to buy from them way out of my budget. What your accounts. The banks can fix the problem but it will start again.

Fast delivery which is appreciated. I love the bras and canoes. However I find the waist of the legit and briefs etc roll on me. I’m short waisted. I’m disappointed in that.

I love the products, the only bra I wear now. I have not had to return anything so I can not comment on customer service.

Shipment was slow, tracking didn't work, hated what I bought, and I've tried for two weeks to reach a real person to get help with a return. I'm a member of their club so they aren't supposed to charge me for returns, but they won't recognize the membership, so I'm getting hit with $6 per item to do a return. I hate the lack of customer service, their lies about "free returns" and I hated the product.

The sweet heart bra is not for everyone. The L was too small for me and the XL was ackward. It bulged out on the side and was inverting at the top on the leftside. The straps were also not comfortable.

i found a bra that actually fits right without the straps falling.
