I have been purchasing these bras for about three plus years now. My reason is simple - comfort. The fit is perfect, straps don’t fall down when wearing and washes nicely. Price is comparable with great made bras.

Love the bras! I ordered one Truekind and the strapless bra. I loved the Truekind so much that I ordered more in different colors. Ordering was easy although I wasn't impressed with the upselling at payment time. Delivery took more time than I expected. Also, I couldn't track my parcel. The link didn't work.

I had a terrible experience with Shapermint and will never order from them again. An order was placed on my account without my authorization, and money was taken straight from my bank. When I tried to fix this immediately (literally within 5 minutes), I couldn’t get through to a real person – only a useless chatbot. I emailed customer service right away, and the only response I got was that the order couldn’t be stopped and I’d just have to use their “60-day money back guarantee.” I made it very clear I wanted the order canceled, not sent, but they ignored me. The items arrived anyway, and when I returned them using their so-called guarantee, I was charged return fees for every single item – even though I never wanted them in the first place! This whole experience has been frustrating, time-wasting, and feels like a scam. Customer service is unhelpful, communication is non-existent, and the “guarantee” ends up costing you more money. I would never recommend Shapermint to anyone. In fact, I’ll be warning my family and friends to stay far away from this company. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience here.

I was skeptical ordering online or even believing the reviews, as I had ordered a bra from another company & it did not fit at all, or give any support as suggested!!! I am so happy I gave in to the ads on Instagram and ordered 3 bras from shapermint. They fit perfectly with support, no wires, adjustable straps & extension tabs: which i needed to use as I should have ordered 42" but I ordered 40" (the 2x). They arrived quickly as well; like within 4 days of ordering. Thank you shapermint for being authentic and trustworthy company to purchase from.

Great products. They are exactly what they claim from the bras to the shape ware. I ran into an issue with an item that was actually a final sale but they were amazing at customer service and sent me a refund and still allowed me to keep the tank that was in the wrong size. They were kind and fast working with me and had no problem admitting to their part in the mess up. Also gave me a code to receive a discount for the right product. So I would absolutely buy from them again and I did.

Return process excellent product is high quality ordered again.

Beware scam! I purchased once then after this they were taking out $7.70 per month for 8 months! I only just realised they were doing this. I never gave permission to sign up to their club they automatically do it when you purchase anything.

Exactly as you claim to be! Undergarments fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable to wear. Shape figure perfectly!

Firstly, the bot was useless as it kept going in circles without resolution. Speaking with an agent also did not resolve my issue. I believe that shapermint falsely advertises discounts as somehow one ends uo paying almost the original price in the end. Read the fine print in the refer a friend … one will not get $25 off for referring but only when the friend actually makes a purchase … somehow you get hooked into a paid subscription to get free shipping but other discounts are taken away Sneaky all the way..

I love the support I get from this bra and how secure I feel in it, no chance of the girls slipping out. Comfort is next level. I haven’t washed them yet so will see what happens there.

I placed my order and I was meant to qualify for free shipping as it was over $105. It said I had free shipping but then went I went to pay I got charged $12 shipping fee. No I can’t contact anyone as they only use a bot with pre-programmed help topics and no email address for contact

I have been very happy with all of the item I have purchased. The quality and fit is good and will continue to buy as needed.

The bras that I purchased and kept are extremely comfortable and uplifting. I am a larger size and tried several other brands unsuccessfully. I found the customer service to be good, one item I had to return was quickly replaced. I have been bombarded by texts & various offers but I stopped them. I was unhappy that I could not initially remove the monthly subscription from my cart. I had to physically remove it from my account. I do not like when I am signed up for subscriptions without full disclosure. All in all, this is the best bra that I have found for comfort in my size. When I need more, I will definitely purchase from Shapermint.

Have used shapermint for several years and will continue to use them as their products are very comfortable. But their sizing seem to have changed recently.

I have battled the boob bulge for years. I’m 67, 123 lbs, 5’2” and like wearing fitted clothing such as casual tshirts and dresses. I’ve tried many name brands including Soma. Always Underwire Brad. I even tried a competitor of Shapermint. This summer I got exhausted with the shapermint ads and finally purchased. My last resort. EUREKA! I found my favorite bra! The Truekind Comfort! So comfortable to wear all day and I never have to adjust my boobs! Try it! You’ll like it!
