Bought through Amazon 4th June and now seem to be being charged - money taken directly from my account today - for a subscription!! The bra does not fit well either (followed the sizing chart). Can't log in to Shapermint to deal with whatever strange subscription I've been signed up to as I don't have an account with them. Amazon shows no subscriptions. Why are you taking my money??

I intended to purchase a shaper short from them and during the checkout process, I was duped into purchasing two more. A $30 purchase turned into $100 purchase. I immediately contacted customer service via 'chat' and was advised that they couldnt cancel purchase, but I could return what I didn't want at an additional to me!!! Insult to injury havig to pay an additional cost for something Shapermint flim flammed me into purchasing them. Buyer beware!

Quality is not the same as a year ago as well there is a sizing differential.

Shipping was super fast. Love the feel of the bras. I don't love how thick the padding is though. Makes my big boobs look bigger. Was hoping they would minimise them a little. I won't be returning them, as i do like the lift it gives. The thickness of the padding I can learn to live with.

I ordered in June and never received any product. There is no actual person to talk to about refunds. After many emails, I was given a discount code with the amount spent. When I tried to reorder, the code wouldn't work unless I spent another $45 dollars on top of what I already lost. Such a terrible company and a very disappointing experience!
