Two out of three is not good enough

I ordered three items & after a lengthy wait received two of them. Contacted customer service but after the initial contact, was sent an email which said that because I failed to respond within 24 hours they assumed the problem had been solved. The problem was not solved, I did not respond because I worked a 14 hour day &could not respond. I made further inquiries through email & received no response to any of those. Not only did I not get the third item but I did not receive a refund. I am no longer willing to support a company that is incapable of delivering a product that was paid for and has poor unrealistic customer service.
