I have just set up my will with a friendly guy called Gary he helped me to understand with what I wanted for my family when I pass but not planning on going yet but Gary was very helpful and understanding with my wishes very polite gentleman I am not a computer tech but Gary helped me through this so thank you Gary for all your help and support

Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.
We met with John Kelly to arrange LPA’s. We found the meeting extremely beneficial. John explained the process in great detail and answered all of our concerns; we were thoroughly impressed.

I phoned SILS (Barry Halliday) for advice concerning the formation of a trust. Although it was clear that he would not benefit financially from the business, he was extremely helpful and put me in touch with a friend who was able to help me, again without charge. Thank you Barry and Keith Brace.

I first met Clara Bates when she came to our house to help me make a new will and with her knowledge put in place a LPA. Very happy with the help and advice Barry Halliday gave to me with regard to my will. We spoke about Funeral Plans and he left me a brochure to read at my leisure and go back to him. I did take this out and he was very efficient in sorting this. Asa single lady I was a little concerned with doing this important thing but Barry reassured me and dealt with it in a timely manner. I have always been able to contact him with questions and he responded in a timely manner. A very professional and efficient service thank you.

We bought the Wills +2X LPA package through Edward Moodie, which was an excellent deal. Edward came to our house several times and explained clearly how these instruments work & helped to make the signing process quick & easy. I particular like that the documents will be stored in a safe place by Secure Inheritance, who will also be able to give advice & help to Executors if necessary in the future.
