Having been named as sole executor for an estate, I had no idea where to start the application for the Grant of Probate. Barry Halliday of Secure Inheritance Legal Services was recommended to us as someone who could help. From the start, Barry was extremely thoughtful and professional. He talked us through our options and we opted for him to take charge of the whole application process. Barry was extremely thorough with every part of the application to ensure that it went through first time and to prevent any unnecessary delays. His experience was obvious through his previous dealings with this process and HMRC. He went out of his way to keep us updated on the ongoing progress, not only by messages, but by personal visits. Through Barry's efforts, we had a very good outcome to the application. I cannot recommend Barry highly enough for helping us through what would have been an absolute minefield.

I came across Secure Inheritance last year when I wanted to appoint attorneys for my health and finances. I had my hand held by Ed who is very patient - and it can't have been easy having to conduct legal business by phone (due to lockdown restrictions). I was so pleased with the service that I ended up asking for help with drawing up and securely storing my Will - and I can make unlimited free changes forever! Just recently I had a tricky enquiry whcih took a lot of thought and discussion. Superb (and free!) advice was given which has helped me save my pennies and given me a strategy for the future. When I met Barry Halliday from Secure Inheritance Legal Services Ltd I was in a very dark place. Having lost several family members over the last few years, I knew I didn't want my children to have to have the extra burden of sorting out all the inheritance issues after I am gone. Birth of our baby prompted us to finally get our Will sorted.
