Bad purchasing experience (initially) but improved
So far my experience with Sea Fancy AU is not great. Paid for a one piece in my size on Saturday and just got an email today to say they had none in stock ( I had emailed about time frames for delivery as had heard nothing). Was sent a link with options I could choose between with the option to upgrade in price( only one one piece with none in my size). Checked the website I had purchased from and there were many options in my size at the same price as I paid. Haven’t heard back yet as to whether I can exchange my purchase for those. I can’t understand why I was able to purchase something that wasn’t in stock. It remains to be seen what kind of company I’m dealing with. UPDATE: Sea Fancy have said they will send one of the options I sent them. Still disappointed I couldn’t get the one I paid for, but happy to be getting something similar. Update 2: Have upgraded my rating. A bit of a saga, as the size I ordered was too big, but was given several options for exchange which were reasonable (ie paying shipping costs). Item has arrived and fits really well. Found their service people helpful throughout this process.
