Hi SBS team. Appreciate you providing the faders I needed quickly. Unfortunately, they were not packed well and ended up falling out of the lightweight plastic tray they were in inside the box, only covered with cellophane and I assume were rolling around freely in the box during shipping as that is how I found them when I opened the box upon arrival. Fortunately the faders seem to be intact. But please instruct your team to pack items for shipping more carefully moving forward. Alan

No email confirmation of order. No email when dispatched. Posted was expensive but arrived pretty quick. UPDATE: If I entered the WRONG email then how did trust pilot email me to write a review? Junk folder? What am I 7? No emails arrived! Your attitude drops you down to 1 star & I'm never buying from you again.
