They get the job done at a reasonable cost. Not the fanciest operation but reliable enough for our small business needs.

Really stepped up during our holiday rush last year. They scaled their services to match our increased volume without compromising on quality. Their flexibility saved our busy season.

Been using Sakaem Logistics for our monthly inventory shipments for over a year now. They're consistently on time and handle our fragile items with care. Pricing is competitive too.
Perfect logistics partner for our wholesale business. They handle large orders efficiently and their warehouse staff really knows what they're doing. Highly recommend for B2B shipments.
Appreciate how they proactively communicate any potential delays or issues. Makes it easier to manage our own customer expectations. Driver network seems well-trained and professional.
Overall satisfied with their service but sometimes the tracking system doesn't update in real-time. Would be nice to have better visibility into where packages are during transit.
Had two packages damaged in transit last month. While they did handle the insurance claims, it caused delays in our operations. Need better packaging protocols.
Works well for our local and regional deliveries. Fast turnaround times and reasonable rates. Haven't tried their international services yet but domestic has been reliable.
Their logistics coordinators are knowledgeable and always willing to work with our specific delivery requirements. Communication is clear and they follow through on commitments.
Some deliveries are flawless, others have minor issues like packages left in wrong locations. The inconsistency is a bit frustrating for a business that relies on timely deliveries.
