Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

The lovely lady by the name of Jessica was not only very polite at all times but very professional keeping to her promises - if you had one more as good as her you could probably get rid of the rest of your team even though everyone has been a great help at all times.Should the need arise I would not hesitate to use your service or recomend you to all and sundry

Can't rate these guys highly enough. They helped me find and move into my home in just a few weeks. Paul was really helpful and attentive during the process, responding to any queries quickly, Freya was great during viewings, answering any questions or quickly finding answers if she didn't know. Had to pop by the office a few times and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them when I'm ready to look for my next home.

Bought our first home (no chain) back in May and finally completed this week with the support of Geraldine. It was probably far more complex than needed to be but Geraldine did consistently provide timely updates and answers when solicitors couldn’t. Only giving 4 stars due to being passed pillar to post initially by R&D and it taking c10 weeks to find out the case handlers on the vendors side had disappeared which delayed the process more than we would’ve liked. Would use r&d again in the future now we understand the home buying process a little more
