Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

We have purchased several properties over the last few years and I can honestly say that Ryder & Dutton have been by far the most proactive and helpful we have dealt with. Megan was our move manager and was fantastic, she kept us updated along the way and coordinating everything perfectly. We will be using again in future.

We recently sold our house through Ryder & Dutton. The team as a whole were excellent, but we must give a special mention to our sales Negotiator Nikita Taylor at the Chadderton branch who made the process as stress free as possible, she kept us updated every step of the way, and handled our sale efficiently. She couldn't do enough for us, and even supported us massively with our onward property purchase, which was through a different estate agent. She was very knowledgeable and always gave us sound advice. Overall our experience was flawless and we would 100% recommend Ryder & Dutton. Nikita...we are eternally gratefulful for everything you have done for us!

Despite selling my property a different company, R&D were constantly communicating and providing updates regarding my purchase. All of their staff I dealt with were really helpful. Special mention to Amy for her excellent work! If I was to sell my house again, R&D would be my first choice to sell with. Would 100% recommend.
