Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Ryder & Dutton found my perfect buyers for my home and were fantastic all the way through the process and did it all in just a very short time compared to the norm. Catherine visited me at home and quickly got things moving and online and on the market ✅ followed by Fiona who i have to say was on it speaking with everyone involved and moving it along swiftly and smoothly ( Brilliant ✅ ) and also Kia who kept me informed by email along the way ✅. All in All it was a pretty stress free sale and my buyers have become new friends to me . If i ever have to do this again it would be with the help of Ryder Dutton ✅ very kind regards michael goldring

The estate agent that dealt with our house prucahse the as Matt Walsh. I couldn't praise him enough for how much he did for us. He was always at the end of the phone or an email if needed. We know 100% this sale would not have happened if it wasn't for his persistence and knowledge on dealing with the matter which was not the norm.

Honestly I don`t give many reviews if at all any, but the experience I have had warrants it. In my time with Ryder & Dutton I was assigned the most competent, swift action taker, expeditious responder I have had the opportunity of being entrusted to. This 5 stars is all due to Robyn Roberts, who provided an excellent service. I honestly don`t have the diction to express the appreciation I have for Robyn.
