Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Absolutely brilliant. Paul Caffery, my hat off to you mate. Bent over backwards for me and helped me out, listened to me moan and put up with my daft questions. Seriously friendly and lovely people. I would 1000% recommend these to anyone wanting to move. Nice and simple. We hit a few snags but got through it eventually. Well done!

We were looking to sell our property and various estate agents came . However Ryder and Dutton seemed fair and priced our property keenly. As time progressed we were allocated a direct contact at the branch which was helpfull . We went through all sorts of hurdles with the solicitors and vendors in delays and mis communication. But to our amazement our contact Shannon at the branch was a super star . She cased solicitors (all 3 parties) kept us informed daily weekly and even helped our buyer sort out an issue they had with their property . It as if it was Shannon's own house she was selling . Detailed communication had been left when she was off on leave so nothing fell behind . The sale of our property took nearly 2 years to complete yes 2 years and throughout the sale Shannon was on the ball all the way through and saw it to the end . I believe that she played a massive role in getting our property sold and we cannot thank her enough . If you want expert advise .
