Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Can’t recommend all the team at Ryder and Dutton, Heywood highly enough. Thoroughly professional and efficient and always at the end of the phone to help in anyway possible from the beginning to completion. Particular mention to Catherine Salisbury who was immensely helpful during the recent sale of my mother’s property.

We have just had confirmation from Geraldine Marsden, the Move Manager, from Ryder and Dutton, in Ashton Under Lyne, Tameside, to inform us that contracts have been exchanged for the sale of our property. Geraldine has been fantastic, overseeing the sale of our property. She has kept us informed every step of the way, with the progress of the sale. Every question we have asked her has been dealt with quickly and efficiently, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the very beginning, when we decided to use Ryder and Dutton in Ashton Under Lyne, Tameside, we have been extremely impressed by their professionalism and level of service from Alice Rimmer, the manager, who was the first person we met to look around our property and give us a valuation, to all the staff members in the office, who have kept us informed during the early stages, dealing with potential buyers. Would definitely recommend using Ryder & Dutton. Lacey looked after the sale of our house and was amazing from start to finish. We never had to chase her for an update as she kept us informed throughout and was on the ball with everything. There were a few hiccups (nothing to do with Ryder & Dutton) and Lacey was brilliant at sorting everything out as quickly as possible.
