Laura and Leanne were both professional and friendly with any interaction we had. Although we had some issues with the sale of our property it was more to do with the solicitors than the estate agent and Laura did all she could to keep us informed of what was happening.
Ryder and Dutton were proactive in selling the property. From the moment we started working with them, the viewings began. We were kept informed at all stages from the entire team and they made the whole process as straightforward as possible.
We had a really good experience with Ryder and Dutton estate. Kia has looked after us in the best possible way, always ready to answer every question! We have managed to proceed fast with our purchase also thanks to her.
Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

They Heywood office is absolutely wonderful. They are super helpful when it comes to any enquiries you could possibly have. The person i dealt with during my purchase was Ewan McMurdo and he was a fantastic, super knowledgeable about each stage of the process and kept myself always up to date with what was happening. Would highly recommend .

Firstly R&D seem to be the only people to use on my lane in Ashton. Their signs appear like dominoes from the view at the bridge and downwards, all with sold steadily being nailed on one after the other. Kirsten responded well, she gave a special personal touch as to what was actually happening and installed confidence in me. Robyn also for last minute details and info needed on completion day to help my buyer settle in. They really are the premier agents to use, ask for Kirsten though as she is honest as the day is long and never once fails to tell you what is going on every step of the way. I was in the Congo working so I needed that extra bit of service, needing to rely on her more heavily than a normal client. Her first words were, 'its lovely this flat, we will sell this in minutes', and guess what - she did!

We decided to sell out property via Ryder & Dutton after we were so impressed with their service when buying the property. Zoe and Jenny Boyle really looked after us. Jenny took all the stress out of moving and chased up the solicitor on both sides constantly. Jenny was always available when we had any questions.
