Does what it's supposed to do but nothing particularly impressive. Installation went smoothly enough. For the price, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of energy efficiency ratings.

Been running for 3 years now with zero issues. Very quiet operation and my energy bills have definitely improved compared to my old unit.
Been using this system for 18 months now. Reliable heating, reasonable energy costs, and no major issues. The warranty service was prompt when I had a minor sensor problem last year.
Good middle-ground option for heating. Not the cheapest but not overpriced either. Heats well and seems built to last.
The Ruud furnace itself works well and heats consistently. However, the initial consultation felt rushed and I had to call back multiple times to get all my questions answered. Product quality is solid though.
Had my Ruud furnace installed last month and couldn't be happier. The technicians were professional and explained everything clearly. Unit heats my 2,000 sq ft home evenly and efficiently. Only minor complaint is the installation took longer than expected, but the quality of work made up for it.
Furnace performance is decent but had some issues with the installation crew showing up late twice. The unit does its job but I expected better customer service for the price point. Would probably shop around more next time.
Replaced my 20-year-old furnace with this Ruud model and the difference is night and day. Much quieter, more consistent temperatures, and lower gas bills. The only downside was waiting 3 weeks for installation due to high demand, but it was worth the wait.
Outstanding furnace that's been trouble-free for two winters now. The smart thermostat integration works perfectly and the warranty coverage gives great peace of mind. Installation team was knowledgeable and left everything clean. Worth every penny.
