Dirty Dozen 12k - Cannock Chase Fantastic event, great setting, amazing course and such a well organised event. Thank you and I will definitely recommend to fellow running and fitness friends.

Enthusiasts and Elite on the same race, should have called it advanced rather than enthusiast. when an elite come up behind you and says' Come on' well its enough to make your blood boil. apart from that it was well organised.

Dirty Dozen Fantastic setup registration was fast food and drinks available at the start area.The course was well designed with plenty flowing single tracks and plenty hills to test the legs with the added bonus the ditch of doom.

This is the one event i look forward to each year since first doing it in 2019. An amazing route which takes you places around the chase you'd probably miss. A well organised event which i will be participating for as long as my legs allow.

Great event, well marshalled with great encouragement from them, registration village was great with plenty of drinks and food.

Really excellent service -I ordered a pair of trainers (at a great price) and Fed Ex delivered two days later. Perfect from start to finish. I will be using Run and Ride again.

I received my Ronhill Nightrunner Gloves and Ronhill Mens Life Night Runner Half Zip Tee in the post from Run and Ride. This was delivered quickly with free delivery. The items were well packaged enclosing a clear invoice. I was pleased to bits over the gloves which were outstanding and have yet to try the Tee. This was a great bargain at 50% off and the cheapest on the internet. The website is clear and easy to navigate. They are a good company and I would recommend Run and Ride.

Bought two items recently. One actually ended up being out ot stock, but was sent out ASAP and customer service was great. The other was posted out next day - price on each was excellent.

What a great shop just taken my bike in for a silver service plus new cassette and chain etc it has comeback like a new bike , I’ve been to other bike shops and never before have they cleaned it this good. Good knowledgeable friendly staff especially Paul Thanks I will be back!

I recently took part in the Dirty Dozen and Cannock Chase Half Trail Marathon races by Run and Ride. Couldn't fault the events, so well organised. Loved the events, the medals, the free event photos too were a lovely touch. Thank you for such great events!

I have visited a couple of times. First thing to say is the customer service is excellent. Really friendly - not at all snooty. As a novice I felt valued and supported- not talked down to. They were very patient gave good advice but not pushy. Prices were cheaper than the suppliers on line offers. Latest purchase was a beautiful bike purchased with the assistance of Pedro. A perfect choice I love it. It’s a bit of a trek for me but this is my go to cycle shop.

The Cannock Chase Trail Half Marathon was the hardest but most enjoyable half marathon I have ever ran and I will definitively be back next year. The course was set in beautiful surroundings, was well thought out and really tested you. I liked that there wasn't any pressure about chasing cut off times and I was able to enjoy the experience more.

Well organised, approach to safety was on point, especially in the areas of drops and "A" line. Got a participant medal!! as well.

Great customer service - very impressed Visited on a very busy Saturday afternoon, greeted as I entered asking if I needed some help, I was looking for some Women's, tall fit, winter running tights, assistant explained not much on display but would look in stockroom, came back with 2 pairs, perfect fit - I brought both pairs

Not happy with the Cannondale I bought, service and customer service. Period
