I am a new patient who doesnt have much experience. However, there is a lot of information available about the providers. It is easy to find a therapist who can meet your needs and to submit your insurance information. It is easy to find the times your provider has available as well

Rula is organized and efficient. I appreciate that. My only suggestion would be a division of the topics in the biweekly check in questionnaire. Answers can be misconstrued when context isn't given. For example- I am seeking help for what may be medical PTSD. I am anxious and have trouble sleeping but I do not feel depressed, helpless,or hopeless. I have moments of anxiety or reactivity on several different days through out the weeks. But for moments. Not whole days. Hopefully that makes sense- the questions lump time into days.

I think it has been going pretty well. The website is pretty easy to navigate. You can book your appointments yourself, or after the session with your therapist.

I was very worried about finding a therapist that was in-network for insurance. Rula made it so easy to find therapists that would use my insurance, and it was so simple to find out the therapists availability and schedules. I wish I knew about the site sooner, they made an anxiety-inducing process very easy, and I have nothing but appreciation for the company. They provide surveys every few sessions to check in with your personal growth and progress, plus how your relationship is building with your therapist. They send emails to remind you about your appointments, and they include your meeting link (for virtual calls) an hour before your scheduled time. I needed to reschedule an appointment, and they made it easy breezy to see what slots were available, and I could quickly access messaging to discuss the change with my therapist. Great site, great communications, I have so much appreciation for their process.
