My therapist (Elnora Crayton-Haliburton) is great! She listens with great interest in what I have to say. She feels trustworthy and concerned with issues, giving me tasks each week to help keep me moving forward. At times I feel like I take three steps back when I finally get one step forward, Elnora reminds me it's those little steps that make the difference.
My experience was great because of my Healthcare specialist. Zach is great, I really feel like we are making good progress together. I'm grateful for him, he has given me a very positive experience.
The platform is great. My therapist is amazing and she has been a great support throughout this difficult time in my life. The only issue I find is that the link to enter the zoom meeting doesn't work and I have to copy and paste the Zoom ID from the URL.
I don't know how a company designed to help your mental health could make me so much more sad and angry...I mistakenly got charged 99 dollars and then 150 dollars. Gotten hung up on or "disconnected " as they said multiple times, and waited 30 minutes for my dr who said they had technical difficulties but didn't leave me a voicemail or email to let me know...I dont cry much...but good job rula, you got me
If I could give it zero stars I would. It has been five weeks and Rula has not been able to sort out me not having access to my daughter’s account so I can’t communicate with her provider through the messaging system and I can’t get access to the appointment links without a bunch of back-and-forth five minutes after the appointment was supposed to have started

Great therapist and very easy to use
I was hesitant to do therapy. But I felt completely comfortable and was truly helped during a difficult time by my therapist Caroline. She is very knowledgeable and I can tell she reads people well and has the appropriate response to every situation which is not easy. I especially recommend her to anyone needing this service.
Provider never came online to the appointment. Never got an email to reschedule.

Tulare county mental health on Tulare Ave and Sante fe in Visalia has no oversite or accountability. Larry, Erica, Gabriella and Alexandra made changes to remove me as my sons payee without even discussing it with me. They were on my sons case for 5 days. Social Security makes themselves payee, they max the benefit amount and they make 10% of every check, the rest goes to Tulare county for rent. Dr Helema has done nothing to help my son. She is in thousand oaks when I called her I had to leave a voice message and when she called me back and realized who I was she hung up on me. This is not ok and Im running out of ppl to contact in regards to fixing the issues at hand. I contacted Darcie Massey the advocate but she is not an advocate for my son she is an advocate for tulare county.
My wife and I made an appointment for online. We went through their website and it's not the most user friendly. You have to put in your email everytime you want access to your health chart. They then send you a link that is only good for 5 minutes. Then you can request or change appointments. We got on for our appointment and waited for 2 hours. No one showed up. No text or email saying they were running late or not showing up. There is no communication from them to you. Its a one way thing. Once you reach out to customer service, then they.will reach out to you. This is unacceptable behavior especially for people reaching out for mental health help. If you have abandonment issues, they definitely will not help you with that as we were trying for marriage counseling and was treated this way. Do NOT recommend them for anyone!
My first time using the service was simple and easy. My therapist took the time to get to know me and I am excited to continue to see her and use the service. I am happy to know Rula accepts my insurance.
Approachable, inquisitive, proactive
Cindy is really in touch with me and we are able to discuss anything that comes up. I really value her and look forward to talking to her weekly to share positive updates as well as working through issues that arise.
My daughter had her first appointment through rula and loves the provider. They made it super easy to make repeat appointments so we don't have to worry about setting them up ourselves or worry about time changes.
