I really enjoyed my experience with my provider, even though it was the first one and I really like not having to make the appointments because it can’t be difficult for me sometimes.
I had such a positive experience during my first appointment. I was able to see a light at the end of the tunnel. My therapist gave me some great tools to use. She made me feel at ease. I would 100% recommend.

All the employees that I have talked to through customer service are polite and very helpful. They make it so easy to find a provider that accepts your insurance. Every provider has a little biography, which helps in choosing someone. I have been using Rula for the past 2 years and my therapist is amazing. My honest opinion on rula they have great therapists I’ve been going to therapy through rula since February of this year. I have an amazing relationship with my therapist and that was something important to me to get help from someone what understood me. It feels like I’m talking to a friend and I’ve noticed that it’s been helping me a lot.
I love my Therapist. She is well equipped for the job; she is very warm, very welcoming, very understanding and very pleasant. And Rula has an excellent Client Support. If you ask a question, you get a response right away. They are very responsive and patient and will make sure your issue is resolved.

A great therapist
I’ve been using RULA the last few years with Kaiser insurance for both individual and couple’s counseling. I love that you can search therapists based on their speciality and change until you have the right fit. I am living a fuller life, have a stronger marriage and have learned to cope better with stress because of RULA. Thank you!

Easy, convenient & an overall positive experience. I have been in therapy through Rula since January 2025, and I am so grateful for this tool. I run my own business from home, am a First Responder Spouse, and a mom to a young toddler. The ease of scheduling appointments online, and the convenience of holding "telehealth" meetings (which can be conducted via Zoom and from anywhere) is a Godsend. I think a lot of people tend to hold themselves back from regularly attending therapy is due to inconvenient scheduling and carving out time for in-person meetings. Rula eliminates all of that. In addition, it is really simple to verify insurance coverage and my weekly appointments are in-expensive ($12.63 per week). Billing is automatic. Lastly, the quality of available therapists is plentiful. The site gives you so many options, and it's easy to "shop" care providers. I have been matched with a wonderful therapist that I have been working with consistently since January, and she has made such a positive impact in my life.

Didn't take long to find a therapist, easy to manage communication and scheduling on site.
This just feels really shady. I didn't have that many appointments. It was helpful but I was mislead to believe I was paying $50/session and 8 months later or more they send you a bill for nearly $300 on top of the $50/session. I have really good health insurance and even if it was bad this is on Rula for misleading me into thinking I was only having to pay $50/session.
