I was able to browse the profiles of the caregivers and that gave me the opportunity to find a therapist who shared common beliefs with me. The appointment was made quickly and easily. My therapy sessions were uplifting and so helpful in my journey.

Straightforward scheduling process. I did end up asking for some help with the initial sign-up, and the representative was able to help and get me going in less than 5 minutes. The therapist I met with was friendly, professional and was completely engaged in our conversation.
What made my experience great with this company is the picked the right Therapist. Mine is the best ever. she really got me. It was easy too. You kind of weave through the ones that doesn't right and write what you're looking for in a therapist and what you're wanting to work on. And there they are your match. I love mine she was perfect. we have a long road a head of us and I am glad she is with me.

Ease of finding a provider is great! I do wish there was an option to input multiple reasons to finding someone but only give you one. Still an easy way to find one that fits right with your reasons.

My intake went very well. I was able to explain my issues and Derek was able to understand them and give me an idea of how my “treatment” will go. My only issue was with my/his internet. We got cut off twice. But, that was not a deal breaker. I think it was my internet. I look forward to working with Derek, and improving my mental health.
I thought the service has great up to the fact that they charge you a $99 Cancellation Fee but their UX/UI dash does'nt cancel the orders. I decided I did not want to see a provider and cancelled, or had thought I did as UX/UI was not showing me that the cancellation had occurred. Do yourself a favor and don't use it because they don't care if it was their fault or not as the login to the dash is flawed. Why don't you get your devs to fix this ongoing issue. Additionally, the CS team doesn't care nor do they want to truly help you resolve the issue. They kept saying any future appointments were cancelled when actually they weren't. Do yourself favor don't sign up its been a bad and expensive experience.
Very flexible, caring, and supportive providers. Easy to navigate and the video appointments are amazing as they save you time and gas.
