I thought the service has great up to…
I thought the service has great up to the fact that they charge you a $99 Cancellation Fee but their UX/UI dash does'nt cancel the orders. I decided I did not want to see a provider and cancelled, or had thought I did as UX/UI was not showing me that the cancellation had occurred. Do yourself a favor and don't use it because they don't care if it was their fault or not as the login to the dash is flawed. Why don't you get your devs to fix this ongoing issue. Additionally, the CS team doesn't care nor do they want to truly help you resolve the issue. They kept saying any future appointments were cancelled when actually they weren't. Do yourself favor don't sign up its been a bad and expensive experience.
