Stacey was very helpful! I asked for the service charge to be changed from yearly to quarterly and she contacted me very quickly and got it sorted. She was patient and easy to talk to. Thanks to her, paying the service charge was simple and straightforward!
Stacey has been really helpful with my query for my service charge. I had a brain injury and sometimes it difficult for me to express myself..I was worried about my service charge for my flat..so I sent her a email…and she removed the charge very quickly and effectively.
