Like so many others, I assumed from their website that it was a British company...but the goods come from China! I've never seen such rubbish that claims to be a dress!! It was such poor quality, & so ill-fitting that it'll have to be thrown out. (Like others, I was told they don't give refunds for 'sale' items). Are Trading Standards doing anything to block this company?? Hard lesson learned...wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing!

Do not touch this company! They are not based in the UK, the clothes are from China. Late delivery, unable to get a full refund as their return policy is crap! Read their policy as they don't except returns if you ordered the wrong size! Complete scam.... reported to trading standards!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Just wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. UK based they are not. When trying to track my parcel that says its been dispatched 'No item found'. I doubt I am going to receive it and I have to wait 30 days before going through my credit card company to try and get my money back. How can people do this.

Do not buy from them!! Ordered a dress - looks different from website as material is dreadful and awful fitting. Asked to return for a refund - yes I could but have to post back to China!! Would cost far too much. Have wasted £25. No links to uk at all - do not use them!!

They advertise as a company from the UK but shoes were shipped from a Warehouse in the USA they put the item in a plastic bag that was it … no box no protection …when receiving the shoes nothing to do with the one shown on the website. Contacted them to request a return and refund they replied to me saying THEIR POLICY do not allow you to return any item bought on sale I have put £30 in the bin. Waited 11 days to receive the most ridiculous trainers I have ever seen.

I wish I read this earlier 😪 ordered £90 worth ladies blazer for an occasion 3 weeks later haven't received anything. No response cant track item. I believe they are scam now seeing all these reviews

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought two dresses which got supposedly lost in transit and had to be repaired, taking over a month to arrive. Customer services would not refund me until packaged arrived. Now the dresses have arrived...they are not in any way true to the pictures, a yellow green colour and poor quality. The company states you have to contact them and receive an email back before you can return the items and that they respond in 24 hours...they have now not responded to me in over a week despite multiple emails. My assumption is they do this so they don't issue you a refund. Also company says it's based in London, however I found out through tracking clothes are all sent from China. What a waste of £90. Do not buy from here

Rip off. Stay away. They lure you in by making false claims line based in the heart of London hassle free returns. Then everything is discounted in quotation marks and cannot be returned. Only store credit!!?!? AVOID

Didn't receive order confirmation or receipt. For me item was not as picture/ as expected. I had to dispute the charge as equally I've been sent the dress I ordered or it was supposed to be plus a other and charged an extra 25.00. Im still trying to get return approval as I am disappointed the dress isn't as I expected. Like picture. Im.now also trying to work in reverse and get order confirmation and receipt. Company says I didn't include my email address which is either nonsense or it means this can't be a mandatory field when ordering...or the data was lost in translation. All of which concern me. I am now waiting for hopefully a return address and order confirmation. My advice would be order with caution. Screenshot your order just incase you end up like me.... Ive put today's date as communication is ongoing. Im happy to. update this review should there be a shift in outcome. Apparently because they didn't have my email they couldn't provide confirmation or order tracking. Amex have been superb on dispute and an agent called andi at royal professional has been corresponding well until I asked for returns process..

Scam!!!! Ordered two dresses from this company, I received no emails of when it was due to arrive after reviving an email of shipment, A week and a few days since I bought them and no updates from the company, I was unable to track the order and when I tried to contact the company by phone after two weeks since purchasing and still not received, the phone rang and I was greeted to an automated message reading a number out with the last four digits reading (boom boom boom) then the line cut of saying (line busy), the dresses did arrive but the quality was very poor. Tried to contact to return but waiting on an email back which is proving to be less likely to return. Currently in contact with bank to get money back as good luck trying to contact the company, definitely not UK based even though every bit of information reads uk address and phone number, total scam, avoid at all costs !!

Do not use this company. They say that they are Uk but not the case Poor quality for price. Terrible fitting clothes and won’t accept returns even for size issue. Derives a mi is star but not available. SCAM SCAM

I have just read the other reviews and quite staggeringly my experience is exactly the same. Ordered a cardigan which is advertised as ‘wool mix’ and when it arrived it is 95%polyester and 5% spandex. When you email them to tell them of misrepresentation they simply ignore that and say it’s a sale item and you can have another item. Just simply report them to the Advertising Standards Authority and complain to your credit card company and get your money back ; ask the ASA to check out the whole website for misrepresentation. It appears that their business model is try to con as many people as possible with exceedingly poor quality goods. Funnily enough I sent my cardigan back to their office ( the company is run from a Mews House in London) registered delivery but they refused to accept and sign. So I have the cardigan and my money back from the credit card firm as well.

Absolute rubbish such a misrepresentation, thought I was buying from a London based company , it’s come from China not cotton as stated but cheap rubbish polyester. I will not buy anything again until I check with trust pilot . Second time this week I’ve been caught certainly learnt my lesson

I would give it zero if I could - total scam, the dresses arrived and they were the worst quality clothing I have ever seen. They make excuses for not accepting a return and offer you to keep the goods and get a 75% credit - admitting themselves the goods are worthless! I am mortified I bought anything at all and I wish I’d checked reviews first. Lesson learned.

APPALLING! Advertising UK site, UK terms and conditions. Everything UK centered. CLOTHING ARRIVES REALLY CHEAP FROM CHINA, POOR QUALITY NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Email to return and they tell you to send to china for refund. They won't refund at all, then ignore the emails. STAY AWAY THEY ARE CONNING PEOPLE WITH FALSE INFORMATION. I Finally filed a dispute from my bank and got a full refund.

Cheap polyester dress from China doesn’t look anything like it was portrayed on their website, avoid at all costs, sent many emails which they don’t answer and their phone number doesn’t work so hard to contact them, just wish I’d read the reviews before buying, it’s not even worthy of giving it to a charity shop its going straight in the bin !

I think they are multiple websites appearing they are London based, I bought the Sana playsuit from Sisu-London. It’s on the same website. Claiming to be lightweight sustainable material. Looks beautiful on the website, what I received was a disgrace of a copy. Cheap polyester, it would probably melt and stick to my skin in the slightest heat. Not what it was advertised at all. Robbers and thieves.

Reluctant to even give them one star! The returns policy states ‘hassle free returns’ Well I was happy to pay until I discovered you have to return to China! There is no mention of this on their website! I believe that all on line retailers should be transparent with their location and returns information. I have been caught out before and now ensure I check before I buy, ow I need to pay £26 to send back!

Avoid!!! Rubbish cheap material feels like crepe paper… they say 30day hassle free returns… but when tried to do this, you have to email them to request it… when they got back to me they stated that items were sale items and therefore not elegible for return and refund. They offered me instead, a 75% discount from future purchases but I declined saying I won’t buy from them ever again!
