Didn't receive order confirmation or…
Didn't receive order confirmation or receipt. For me item was not as picture/ as expected. I had to dispute the charge as equally I've been sent the dress I ordered or it was supposed to be plus a other and charged an extra 25.00. Im still trying to get return approval as I am disappointed the dress isn't as I expected. Like picture. Im.now also trying to work in reverse and get order confirmation and receipt. Company says I didn't include my email address which is either nonsense or it means this can't be a mandatory field when ordering...or the data was lost in translation. All of which concern me. I am now waiting for hopefully a return address and order confirmation. My advice would be order with caution. Screenshot your order just incase you end up like me.... Ive put today's date as communication is ongoing. Im happy to. update this review should there be a shift in outcome. Apparently because they didn't have my email they couldn't provide confirmation or order tracking. Amex have been superb on dispute and an agent called andi at royal professional has been corresponding well until I asked for returns process..
