Terrible customer service never recieved item canada post delivery confirmation is to a different city than I live in and the company wouldn't do anything. Had to go through my credit card to get money back.

Even though the first pair of shoes I ordered never arrived nothing to do with your company. The couriers fault.. your customer service was very helpful unlike the couriers customer service that still have not responded to my emails but overall a good product when I got my second order

Very quick to respond to any queries. Deliveries are always in good time. Happy to take returns - only ever had to do this once due to wrong size being ordered - but offer replacement or refund without any issues. Very good company to deal with.
