Even though the first pair of shoes I ordered never arrived nothing to do with your company. The couriers fault.. your customer service was very helpful unlike the couriers customer service that still have not responded to my emails but overall a good product when I got my second order

Mijn bestelling bij Rona Shoes is over het algemeen goed verlopen. De schoenen waren netjes verpakt en kwamen in goede staat aan, wat ik erg waardeer. De levertijd had iets sneller gemogen – het duurde net wat langer dan ik had verwacht – maar gelukkig werd ik goed op de hoogte gehouden via e-mail. Dat gaf vertrouwen en duidelijkheid tijdens het wachten. Al met al een positieve ervaring, met nog wat ruimte voor verbetering op het gebied van snelheid.

This company will look for any reason to not refund you even after asking within the timeframe and returning the item in good condition. I sent some shoes back and the pic they sent me was completely wrong with the incorrect order number - telling lies. Then in the correct pic the shoes had nothing wrong with them - lies again. They just try to get out of a refund once they have your money. Daylight robbery. They just dont care about you so dont even bother with them!
