18 years with this credit union and I have never had a problem with them. I think that says it all

It seems like every one ive talked to either on the phone or in person they are all seem to be in a good mood smiles greeting me every time I go in being very helpful and professional im in and there fast never been in the bank more to 10 minutes haven't had any bad experiences customer service on the phone are also very professional seem to take care of any questions I have really quickly not like other banks ive waited over 30 minutes at times the cashiers are moody rude so im really glad that I found out about Rize im really happy here and plan on staying for awhile thanks for being so helpful I really appreciate it

Have been a member of this credit union before it was Rize, 30+ years. Didn't have any issues until the name change which they said the services would not change. Within the last 2 years I have had a couple of issues in which customer service has never returned a call. Recently an auto withdrawal was denied claiming my debit card was inactive. I use this card on a daily basis. I called and the rep couldn't find why this transaction was denied and informed me that another rep would research and call within 24 hrs, that call was never made. At this point I do plan to close this account.

For me as a member I always look for excellent customer service . Always helpful .

I just opened an account and so far a great experience. I did everything online uploaded my documents. Due to my work schedule and after work schedule this CU was the perfect option for my husband and I !

Bunch of crooks I deposited 1200$ April 30th atm took my money never went to my account .. filed a complaint they looked into the situation and they came up with I didn’t deposit any money clearly the camera saw me count the money and putting in the atm .. one way or another I’m getting my money back .. if it has to come to small claim court .. that’s that’s what it will be ..

Branch location is just perfect for me. And Tanya Meza is amazing. She helped me setup my account and she's very knowledgeable. I'm amazed to know that your checking account can earn high interest rate that piqued my interest. And probably will try it.

Rize is excellent on the products offered and when I go into branch the customer service is fantastic.

The main positive is the staff. Very friendly and never had a problem. The withdrawl limits are terrible. You can't buy much with the daily ATM limit. Maybe 10yrs ago that might be ok but they need to increase this. Also they need 24hr customer service on weekends, or at least extend the hrs.

Employees are always very helpful. The only thing that bothers me is that you opened a branch in Henderson Nevada but you refuse to open a branch in the High Desert or the San Joaquin Valley. Looks like having a branch in Henderson gives your management an excuse to travel to Nevada using members money to have a free visit to party in Nevada!!!

I was a member of SCE FCU since the age of 16; which means I’ve been a member for 22 years now! I have always loved banking with them. They've always been phenomenal and caring. So much so, that when my husband and I moved our family to Tampa, FL back in 2018, we could not bring ourselves to leave SCE FCU. We've remained members and are still so happy with the services provided to us. Even when SCE FCU switched to Rize CU; we haven't had any issues at all. It's still an amazing CU that we are happy and grateful to be members of. Thank you for all that you do as a company whole to care, support and protect our finances. Our family appreciates y'all so much!

Branch locations not enough. Yes I am glad there is multiple no fee atm for withdrawals but not for deposits.

There are no hidden fees. Visiting a bank is always easy and never time-consuming. With Rize CU I have been given the opportunity to build credit when my application was rejected. There are many more features I cannot touch upon but they have many to help your financial needs. Unlike the other popular banks, there are no hassles to obtain services.

This is the best Credit Union I’ve ever belong to from the easy online app. When you go into a branch, you feel welcomed and all your needs are met. It’s so easy. I even have my mom bank here and you know how some older people have issues.

Unlike almost every customer oriented institution out there, Rize has kept the practice of being able to quickly and easily talk to a knowledgeable and real human. The chatbots are great but sometimes things are a bit to nuanced for them. Also what is extremely urgent to me doesn't register until an operator talks to you to give you that warm fuzzy.

I went to the bank they helped me out with taking out of money. When I needed the money and when I don't have any money when I shopping for food. And I don't have enough rize help me to pay it off. Very very. At ease when I felt with food to go home with. Because of rize. The app help to to transfer money fast and quick.love it
