No Follow Up
Have been a member of this credit union before it was Rize, 30+ years. Didn't have any issues until the name change which they said the services would not change. Within the last 2 years I have had a couple of issues in which customer service has never returned a call. Recently an auto withdrawal was denied claiming my debit card was inactive. I use this card on a daily basis. I called and the rep couldn't find why this transaction was denied and informed me that another rep would research and call within 24 hrs, that call was never made. At this point I do plan to close this account.
