Customer service whether in person or over the phone is stellar, as well as general ease of transactions.
Rize Credit Union customer service representatives are prompt and polite. Rize Credit Union has always refunded any card charges I challenge after I prove the reason for the challenge. I've been with Rize for 16 years and have no intention on leaving.
If your kid gets paper statements each month they get charged $5. Only credit union I have used that does this to kids.

Good quick service. I haven't had many issues besides overdraft fees and you guys are quick to catch fraudulent charges. The overdraft fees aren’t my favorite but I’ve just learned to put my bills on another card so I don’t run into that issue.
