I have a complaint which I e mailed over a week ago and has been ignored despite chasing this up. Quick to take the money and then when things go wrong can’t be bothered, I’ll go to ABTA instead to complain as no one acknowledges me!

Yesterday my wife and I booked another holiday with Riviera Travel and the staff member who took our booking was incredibly helpful. We have holidayed with Riviera Travel twice before but this time we were considering a River Cruise, which is something we hadn't done before. As well as receiving a first class booking service we also received a 20% discount as we had already had a holiday with Riviera Travel earlier in 2025.

Very Disappointing Holiday Had a very poor , low budget holiday to Florence and Tuscany . Hotel in Florence very basic , low quality , no sleep , nowhere to sit at breakfast . In a very run down area . Lots of places we visited , the group were left on own for hours , but thought it was an ‘escorted tour’ This was a very disappointing holiday for Riviera , think they have gone down hill and low budget , such a shame . Couldn’t wait to get home .
