Paid $2,000, only half refunded
My case with Riverbend Consulting was related to a Section 3 Amazon account issue. In March 2025, I paid $2,000 USD for their assistance. No appeals were ever filed, and my account is still blocked. The first agent assigned to me was Roger, but later I was informed that he no longer worked there. Three months later, in June 2025, I was assigned to Sandreu, and in my opinion she did not seem to have the necessary experience for such a complex case. At that point, I asked them to stop and requested a refund. Over the following months, I communicated with several staff members (Joe, Tara, Jack, and others). I was promised a refund multiple times, and even told that a transfer had already been made, but the money never arrived. After I posted reviews on different platforms, the company finally contacted me. On September 3, 2025, after six months of waiting, I received a partial refund of $1,000 USD. In my Section 3 case, no concrete work was ever performed and, based on my experience, Riverbend did not appear prepared to handle this type of situation. I believe that a full refund is the fair outcome, along with compensation for the time lost.
