I can't recommend Riverbend enough. My Amazon account was deactivated unexpectedly, and I was having a really hard time communicating with Amazon support. Riverbend was recommended to me by a collegue, I scheduled a meeting with their team within 24 hours for a consult. They were very helpful with a game plan as to how they could help, and were able to get my account reactivated in 1 week! If you're ever in this position, 100% work with them!
