Riverbend Reinstated my Amazon Listings
I tried to remove a trademark complaint from Amazon myself and failed. Amazon denied my requests repeatedly with automated responses. I also tried calling, and they would not reverse the claim. I spoke to a representative from Riverbend and they thoroughly researched my case. Riverbend was confident they could overcome the complaint. Riverbend was able to formulate the proper wording for my case and escalate the claim at Amazon. After 3 weeks, my ASINs were reinstated by Amazon. Riverbend's service was well worth the cost, and cheaper than hiring an attorney.
