All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows. Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for). Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold. Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up. They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient. I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

We met Natalie Leon a few years back when we first started our search for the forever home, during that time she has seen us go from a family of 3 to a family of 4! Yet, she has always been patient with our changing requirements as we realised what we wanted and what was most important to us. Natalie is very professional and has always lent a friendly bit of advice when needed. She was continuously on hand to promptly answer any questions or concern by phone, message or in person to the extent that we felt we were her main clients. As first time buyers, I was super nervous about the whole house buying process. We didn't know whereabouts we wanted to live, so had a lot of experience with many different estate agents... Richard James were by far the best! Not only did we get emails whenever a house was put up, and then easy communication whilst booking viewings, but they provided secure and constant communication throughout the whole process. We found a property we loved via Richard James and, thanks to them, buying the house was such an easy process. I know that if we ever sell our home, we will do it via Richard James!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard James looking to buy or sell a property in Mill Hill. Front the start of the process, Richard made a discreet no obligation approach to see if I was interested in selling my property off market to a potential purchaser. I explored the opportunity with Natalie from the sales team and within a matter of a few weeks, we agreed a sale which surpassed our expectations. Natalie was amazing from start to finish and worked with both the purchaser and ourselves to ensure everyone was happy with the agreed outcome. Richard and Natalie even went the extra mile when required to deal with difficult solicitors and even find a short-term rental property for our purchasers.
