Why can’t other delivery companies be like Rhenus. Right from the moment I booked my chosen delivery date I was kept informed by email and whats app messages. As promised I received my two hour delivery window the day before plus I had a call from the delivery team on the day to tell me they were 25 minutes away. They were polite, respectful and they handled my four doors with the utmost care. Absolutely can’t fault them, thank you for a five star service.

Friendly and polite. My pick up was on a Monday and the email says that I would get a text with a time slot the day before obviously I didn’t expect it on a Sunday so couldn’t make any working arrangements around my slot. The good thing was I got a phone call first thing on the morning and I must of been the first call. I think if your delivery or pick up is on a Monday you should get the slot on a Friday. Other than that a great service

Great delivery experience for two garden gates. It was good to have the option and select the preferred day of delivery, then the communication was very clear, and the truck arrived within the time bracket.
