The engineer didn't give an enjoyable service. He didn't listen and very transactional in his approach and manner. He could do with customer service training.

Engineer attended promptly and effectively carried out his duty. Polite and very informative , clearly explaining what he was doing at each stage. Provided useful tip regarding use of washing cycles to prevent damage to clothing. Professional, provided excellent customer service and asset to his employer ( RSL). Would definitely recommend .

The person who came to do the repair could not have been more efficient. He quickly found the problem and set to work to sort it out. He then tested everything was working and was completed in about 45 minutes. Well done
