Impact utilities were great to work with from start to finish; found you online, called you and was offered an on site visit the same week, followed by a quote by e-mail the very same day, called you back to book and was given a date to complete works the same week! Wow amazing service compared to another company I called, left several messages but no response until after I'd had the work done by Impact Utilities! The only down side if any was that the other company gave a 20 year guarantee compared to your 10 year one. Thank you Impact for a great experience.
