Resolve Recruitment Services Reviews

We found Martin and team to be very helpful, friendly and professional. Sorted our training requirements in good time. Great value and very easy to deal with.

I had never worked for an agency before now and having heard all of the horror stories with regards to doing so I was very apprehensive to get in touch with Resolve. However, just how wrong could I have been. Every step is covered from application to bookings, pay, timesheets, any queries, always on the end of a phone or email that is looked in to and usually solved ASAP. I thoroughly enjoy my job, I’ve fell in love with employment once again and can see a career on the road. The squad at Resolve are honestly so good, it’s an absolute pleasure to work for, with and on behalf of yourselves.

Naomi & the team are very helpful, always able to fill roles even last minute. All of the drivers we have had are very professional.

Really helpful and try to do much as possible to suit your needs.

Good customer service and friendly tones. Also, they were always available and helpful.

Sol was really good, got everything sorted for me very quickly and efficiently in a very professional manner.

I have used this company as someone looking to recruit staff and looking for a new role myself. Jon Shearing and the team were very attentive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have dealt with many recruitment companies in my working life and these guys are right up there with the very best, they work very hard for you, and they give good advice. thank you to everyone at Resolve you deserve plenty of future business and success

Been involved with company for over 20 years. They have been supportive in helping, with not only offers of work but in sorting my total ignorance of technology especially pay and job confirmations online. Staff from Sam down to the newest member are really helpful and fun.

Friendly staff, easy to register with, honest and professional team, hope to have only good experience with you🤞

Very friendly staff , Very professional people and easy to get to. Everything explain professionally and easy to understand.

The staff are very polite, professional and very supportive. They keep you updated all the way on your application process. Sol is the person I had my interview with and he explains everything before you ask, holiday entitlement, how to do timesheets, what to expect at interview with thier client. Also gives great Advice on what to do when you go to your assignment interview. I only registered last week and have interview already tomorrow with the position I applied for. Excellent agency to register with

This is the best recruitment agency I've worked for. I could have easily given them more than 5 stars if the option was available.

Hello Everyone, I'm an HGV Class Driver looking to get back into the Industry driving professionally again. I'm in the extremely challenging situation, whereby I was disqualified and have a DR10 on my licence. Which if anyone knows is basically a death nail to your driving career as no-one will touch you, due to how the Insurance Industry views anyone with a DR10 on their Licence. That said... Martin at Resolve has given me some hope. Martin contacted a Haulier and explained my background and situation. With Martin doing this off his own back, I will be having a meeting with the Manager to discuss how we can go forward and get me back Driving Professionally again. Every single other Agency disregarded me which was around 20 differentAgenciesi contacted, made me feel worse than I already do. Martin @ Resolve was understanding, empathetic, helpful and non judgemental. Without doubt Martin and Resolve are hands down 'Best in Class' Recruitment Agency in today's workforce.

When my full time work slowed, I walked into the Resolve office not knowing what to expect. Sam was amazing at explaining the roles and getting me started. The whole experience has been extremely positive. Naomi, Sol and the rest of the staff have always been very supportive and friendly. There is no pressure and they do their best to find work that suits your abilities and schedule. I would highly recommend Resolve.

When I retired from full-time employment, I knew I would want to do something part-time, to keep me active . I saw Resolve Recruitment advertising for ad-hoc staff and applied. It was a simple process, so now I work , as and when it suits. All has been excellent
