Contacted my landlord regarding query rats in loft Was swiftly contacted by Brad from Rentokil to do initial visit Brad is very professional, and really accommodating due to me only being able to do a certain day a week! Brad has been visiting for quite a few weeks now, explains the whole process in detail on each visit, and has kept me up to date via message about further investigation’s or future planned visits.

Rentokil have a great online portal which is great to track recommendations and activity. Rentokil follow their service planner and will email in advance to arrange a date. They always return for follow ups and keep me up to date. My reason for selecting 4 stars instead of 5 is I find Rentokil expensive when I receive quotes for recommendations. Their prices are high and we look for other contractors to complete the work for us at a cheaper rate.

The Rentokil man followed up his initial visit to the agreed timescale and provided good advice to us on dealing with our rat/pest issues. He was very helpful and willingly provided us with the service we required to get rid of the rats/pests.

Fast and efficient service which removed our problems with vermin

Rentokil were outstanding across all aspects of the work. I was called within a few hours of making an initial enquiry and a technician came the next day. The assessment was thorough and the issues were explained and discussed. Treatment commenced immediately and follow up visits took into account changing circumstances. The technician was knowledgeable, experienced, sympathetic and willing to go to any lengths to help. The problem was resolved quickly and prevention was addressed. The service is expensive but it is an outstanding service and one that can be relied upon. I will certainly recommend the company to others.

Alan who is our main surveyor is absolutely fantastic. He is always on hand to help us when we need it (we have two very busy holiday resorts in Cornwall). Alan is very caring, responsive, kind and feels like one of our team! Thank you for looking after us!

Problem was quickly identified. Treatment was arranged within 48 hours and the follow up all completed in time for Christmas. All members of staff were professional and friendly and completed their work efficiently and without fuss.

Very professional, but quote was £1100, called a local pest control expert who fixed it for £190. Please be careful with this company, make sure you get other quotes as I believe they are taking advantage or potentially vulnerable people

The technician had booked the appointment on the previous visit, and she arrived promptly at the appointed time. She was thorough in her checks and replaced materials where needed, having already ensured she had with her what I was likely to require, particularly replacement pheromone pads for the moth traps in my loft. The technician was friendly and efficient, and happy to book a date and time for my next visit to suit my schedule. I am very pleased that she will now be my regular technician.

This review is a follow up to the previous one written. After writing the review I was contacted by customer services, they said Daniel Murphy would be in touch to discuss the communication and service issues I have had. This has turned out to be fascial, he did contact me and said an operative will visit to fill the holes. The operative did fill the small holes and suggested they should have been done on the first day. He filled the small holes and said someone else would be back to fill the big holes. Daniel did call and said that he did agree the service was below there standard and said he would leave the traps for 3 months, and that an operative would visit this week. This has still not happened. I have repeatedly called Daniel Murphy this week to find out if someone would be coming. In conclusion, I am now filling the gaps myself and am no nearer getting any kind of service which I have paid for. The near £3000 I have been charged is tantamount to day light robbery. And I think my next contact will be trading standards. I can only advise people to not use Rentokil as they will be bitterly disappointed and no doubt be ripped off for an over priced service. Steer clear of this company, you will regret it.

Henry and Tibor came out to us. They were both polite and friendly but also professional. They worked around us and customers to get done what they needed.
