Dave first of all found and got rid of the rat and then he went above and beyond by dismantling our sinks plumbing to relieve us of the flies which were breading there and filling the room with tiny annoying scuttle flies. He is always polite and a pleasure to see whe he comes to check up on us.
Rentokil is the most expensive company for keeping the London mice away from your residential flat but it is very good at what it does! Akif our Rentokil technician was incredibly professional and a pleasure to deal with. Always flexible, always responsive on text/phone and very polite. A credit to his Company. I found the surveyor and the pest controller very helpful and their advice was soon practically followed through. Initially I thought there was bed mites but it was soon established that it was flea infestation which was caused by cats and dogs as the flat was rented out as a holiday home during the summer. I have now got the flea problem under control. I highly recommend Rentokil as professional pest controllers.
